Lake Norman Dentistry is OPEN to treat patients! While many things have changed as a result of COVID-19, our commitment to your safety has remained the same. You will still receive the same great service from our dedicated team; however, to ensure the safety of our patients and staff you will see some changes when it is time for your appointment.
You will be required to complete a short COVID-19 questionnaire online prior to your appointment.
We will ask that you wear a face covering or mask as recommended by the CDC.
Patients with COVID-19 symptoms, such as a cough or fever, will not be seen at this time.
Please do not bring family members/friends with you to your appointment. During this time, we will allow only the patient with an appointment to come into our office.
Appointments will be managed to allow for social distancing between patients, which may mean you are offered fewer options for scheduling your appointment.
Appointments will be managed to allow greater time between patients to allow for cleaning and sanitation of patient rooms, equipment, and treatment area.
We have improved the air filtration systems to include MERV 13 and MERV 14 filters on the HVAC system throughout the office.
